About the Founder
Meet Lucy Campbell
Lucy is an award-winning Early Careers leader with 16 years of experience building high-performing early talent strategies for global organisations. As International Head of Early Careers at DLA Piper, she led teams across five countries and delivered industry-leading results.
Previously, Lucy served as UK Early Careers Head of Operations at Deloitte, responsible for 1,750 graduate hires annually, and shaped attraction and candidate experience strategy at KPMG through partnerships with universities and professional bodies.
She founded The Employability Academy to bring that same expertise directly to young people and the adults who guide them — offering personalised career and employability skills guidance as they begin to consider what life after school could look like.
